develop design in consultation with client and appointed consultants, develop ideas on construction & sustainable principles further in light of their financial & practical implications.

checklist building code requirements such as
– ventilation
– safe design
– lighting
– access
– waterproofing etc

materials & finishes

develop a preliminary list of internal & external materials & finishes in conjunction with client. schedule Identify appliances & products/accessories that may have a critical influence on the finished design.


Work with quantity surveyor on the team to prepare an updated cost estimate & check this against preliminary cost estimates


to provide a final design solution in collaboration with the client & design team that satisfies the potentials of the client brief, budget and regulatory restraints in the best possible manner


client to give constructive feedback on progress & direction of the design process and articulate any concerns they have.

project team integration in the project design that fulfills client expectations and integrates
consultant input
bound document including plans, elevations sections, 3D views, material & finishes schedules and an updated cost estimate
